Nobody wants that.
Enter our Apprentice Series. The manuals in this series give you all the information you need, and none of the information that you don’t. They don’t assume that you know what a levator scapulae is. More importantly, they don’t assume that you want to know.
This manual assumes only one thing: you know a little but not a lot about deadlifting and you’d like to get better. And hey, once you improve -- and we know you will -- we have resources for every stage in the journey.
