Das Autoregulationsmethodenbuch
Im letzten Jahrzehnt hat sich die Idee, dass man Trainingsbelastungen anhand definierter Skalen fließend steuern kann, von einer fernen Idee zu einem wichtigen Werkzeug entwickelt, das viele Gewichtheber täglich bei ihrem Training verwenden. Einige Trainer gründen sogar ganze Trainingsphilosophien auf diesem Konzept. Das heißt nicht, dass die Formalisierung der Autoregulation der Beginn ihrer Anwendung war. Seit der Mensch für den Sport oder für gewünschte körperliche Ergebnisse trainiert, steuern wir, wie schwer oder wie stark wir zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt trainieren, hauptsächlich auf der Grundlage von fühlen . Erst seit der Entwicklung spezieller Skalen haben wir damit begonnen, dieser Idee einen Namen zu geben. Aber wie bei der formalen Benennung dieser Idee muss sich alles weiterentwickeln. Dieser Artikel wird die Idee der Autoregulierung der Trainingsbelastung von ihrer ersten Verwendung in der Medizin über aktuelle Fitnesstrends bis hin zu Geschwindigkeits- und Zielreglern näher erläutern.
