Drei kontralaterale Stabilitätsübungen
Ein kontralaterales Muster beinhaltet eine Aktion und/oder Bewegung der gegenüberliegenden Körperseiten, die zusammenarbeiten. Das mag verwirrend erscheinen, ist aber einfacher als es scheint. Eine einfache Möglichkeit, kontralaterale Muster zu verstehen, besteht darin, aufzustehen und 5-10 Schritte zu gehen (Gehen ist ein kontralaterales Muster). Gehen Sie nun weitere 5-10 Schritte, aber bewegen Sie Ihren rechten Arm nach vorne, wenn sich Ihr rechtes Bein nach vorne bewegt (und Ihren linken Arm nach vorne, wenn sich Ihr linkes Bein nach vorne bewegt). Fühlt sich komisch an, nicht wahr? Wenn wir gehen oder laufen, wird das Bein, das uns nach vorne treibt, durch eine entgegengesetzte Bewegung Ihrer Arme (oder eine entgegengesetzte leichte Drehung der Brustwirbelsäule) begleitet.
