Vorbereitung auf eine stärkere Kniebeuge [Tipps für ein stärkeres Unrack]
Im Sinne meines letzten Artikels werde ich Ihnen einige Tipps geben, wie Sie Ihre Kniebeuge effizienter gestalten können.
Es wird nicht genug darauf geachtet, wie die Leute die Stange aus dem Ständer nehmen. Ich bin da keine Ausnahme und war früher auch so.
Meine Kniebeugenform war immer ganz ordentlich, aber ich habe nie viel darauf geachtet, wie ich die Kniebeugen aus dem Rack nehme. Dann stieß ich auf das Zitat: „Wenn es schlecht anfängt, endet es wahrscheinlich noch schlechter.“ Da machte es Klick; wenn meine Vorbereitung schlecht ist, werden meine Kniebeugen wahrscheinlich auch schlecht sein (oder zumindest nicht so stark und effizient, wie sie sein könnten). Ich wusste, wie wichtig Atmung, Stützen, Fußstellung usw. während der eigentlichen Bewegung sind, aber als es darum ging, die Stange aus dem Rack zu nehmen, war mein einziger Gedanke, die Stange aus dem Rack zu nehmen, ohne zu sterben. Hoffentlich kann ich einige von Ihnen davor bewahren, dieselben Fehler zu machen wie ich.
