Wichtige Coaching-Hinweise für Kraftsportler und Powerlifter
Coaching-Hinweise sind einer der häufigsten und wichtigsten Bestandteile des Coachings. Wenn Sie jemanden dazu bringen möchten, seinen Körper in eine bestimmte Position zu bringen oder auf eine bestimmte Weise Kraft zu erzeugen, müssen Sie dieser Person einen Anhaltspunkt dafür geben, wie das zu tun ist. Die Leute rufen oft sehr allgemeine intrinsische Hinweise wie „Rumpf anspannen“ oder „Knie nach außen“. Es gibt einige Dinge, die überprüft werden müssen, wenn solche Dinge nicht die gewünschten Ergebnisse bringen. Zu oft habe ich gesehen, dass Leute einen Hinweis verwenden, der jedoch keine Veränderung bewirkt, und sie greifen einfach darauf zurück, ihn lauter oder schneller zu sagen, anstatt ihren Ansatz zu ändern. Dieser Ansatz führt weder zu einer sinnvollen Veränderung, noch hilft er irgendjemandem, sondern führt oft zu Spannungen und Frustration zwischen dem Trainer und der gecoachten Person. Es muss einen mehrschichtigen Ansatz geben, um darüber nachzudenken, wie man Hinweise gibt und die Leute dazu bringt, Bewegungen so auszuführen, wie man es von ihnen erwartet.
