Im Dezember 2012 habe ich mir bei einem Wettkampf den rechten Adduktor gerissen. Ich hatte eigentlich schon Anfang des Jahres einen kleineren Riss und hatte versucht, weiter zu trainieren, aber bei einer Wettkampfkniebeuge von 782 ließ er mich im Stich. https://youtu.be/YoEJMEFJAYI
Nach der Rehabilitation des Bereichs habe ich festgestellt, dass ich mein Verletzungsrisiko senken muss. Durch weit ausholende Kniebeugen und Sumo-Ziehen wird dieser Bereich einfach stark beansprucht und erholt sich manchmal nur langsam. Es ist auch eine ziemlich häufige Verletzungsstelle bei Gewichthebern.
